Deposits are nontransferable and non-refundable
- Birthday parties cost £18.50 per head
- Skate hire is provided
- We advise parents/guardians to stay throughout the party to supervise their child
- Accompanying adults can skate free of charge
- The coned off area of ice is 15 minutes long before joining the main public session
- There will be general music playing whilst on the ice
- Ice skating is a popular sport, especially in the winter, and therefore our public sessions can be very busy at weekends
- There is free parking on site. We advise arriving early and also checking our events schedule online to check for any parking updates.
- Please contact us as soon icerink@alexandrapalace.com as possible if any skaters in your party have any allergens so that we can provide an appropriate alternative meal
- Parties are welcome to bring their own cake but please no other additional foods. Butter knives can be supplied to the party to cut the cake. We ask that only candles and no sparklers are put on the cake.
- If parties would like to bring balloons please ensure that they are weighted.
- If you would like us to provide you with invitations please email us on icerink@alexandrapalace.com referencing your party date and name the booking is under.
