Celebrated novelist Elif Shafak joins us to discuss her forthcoming novel There are Rivers in the Sky. She’ll explore how one lost poem, two great rivers and three remarkable lives, could all be connected by a single drop of water and the powerful hold rivers can come to have over the imagination. Paired with esteemed author Bernardine Evaristo, whose groundbreaking work challenges conventions and celebrates the diverse tapestry of human experience, this conversation promises to be a meeting of minds on the essence of ethics in fiction like no other. Together, they will delve into the responsibilities of the ethical novelist in today's ever-changing landscape, through the lens of Elif's much anticipated new novel.
