More information about Ezra Collective: Live at the British Library tickets

Last year was triumphant for the band, following the release of their album Where I’m Meant To Be, a modern classic that earned them performances at Glastonbury and sold out tours across the world, culminating at the Royal Albert Hall. It was named the winner of the 2023 Mercury Prize, the first-ever jazz album to be awarded this honor.

Ezra Collective’s sound is a thumping celebration of life, of resilience and resistance. It’s an affirming elevation of the Black British experience and the beauty and joy that people of the diaspora find as a product of their perseverance and community building.

Channeling the cool as well as the energy of the dancefloor, they have re invented jazz – and built it a brand new audience - for our times.

With DJ support by SelassieTBC, co-founder of London label Pattern Sounds label and one half of Brownswood’s Future Bubblers team, an eclectic and soulful selector.

Doors open 19:30. Arrive early to catch the British Library exhibition Beyond the Bassline: 500 Years of Black British Music, included in the price of the ticket.

14+ only. 14s to 15s must be accompanied by an adult.
