Music and Movement
Selected dates, 25 March to 25 November 2020 (excluding August)
Join us for a fun and interactive session of music making with a seasonal focus, in the inspirational surroundings of Kew Gardens. Led by a professional musician and accompanied by live instruments - such as an accordion or French horn - children aged 3 months to 2 years old and their parents/carers will experience traditional nursery rhymes along with nature inspired music from around the world. Baby-friendly, natural instruments and creative props, such as seed shakers, will encourage children to interact with the music, develop their fine motor skills and respond to the rhythm with their whole bodies.
Please note, these tickets do not include entry to the Gardens. You can buy a ticket to enter the Gardens here
Each session is 45 minutes long and is held in the Davies Exploration House, behind the Temperate House. Please allow time to walk from the gates to the venue, approximately 15 minutes from Victoria Gate.
