The Round Up: A Nashville Style Songwriters Round at Hanks Dirty.

The Round Up, hosted by Two Ways Home, is a Nashville-style songwriters round, a unique performance format where songwriters share the stage, playing their songs in turn and sharing the stories behind them. This intimate setting fosters collaboration, with artists often joining in on each other’s songs, offering a rare glimpse into their creative processes.

Tennessee Twin - Victoria and Geoff, met in a recording studio in 1997. From that moment on, their musical journey took an upward trajectory, connecting them on a personal level and captivating audiences around the world.

In 2018 their song ‘Wings Of Red White & Blue’ won the British Airways/Nashville Music City song-writing competition, taking them to record in Nashville, Tennessee and their debut EP ‘Tips In A Jar’ went straight into the iTunes UK Country Chart at No.1 the following year. 

Today, celebrated as a well-loved singer-songwriter duo in the UK Country and Americana world, they are driven by shared interests, inspiration, determination, and a love of performance & storytelling through music.

Performances include: C2C Country Festival at London’s O2, the British Country Music Festival at Blackpool’s Winter Gardens, Cambridge Folk Festival, The West Country Music Festival, various Foodies festivals, Country on the Coast & Nashville Calling and overseas (Nashville, Denver, and Amsterdam).

Emily Faye is UK-based songsmith who succeeds at creating pop infused sunny yet sweetly fierce songs that rightfully earned her acclaim from Rolling Stones magazine: labelled as 'a new country artist you need to know’. Emily Faye is bridging the gap between country and pop with a firm storytelling vision in both her musical beginnings and forthcoming releases.

Last Year Emily made waves in the Web3 space, Playing her first Stadium show at Veecon, Signing with Gala Music, Selling out every one of her releases and founding the 100 song collection “100 Years of Women”

Two Ways Home, the Anglo-Austrian duo of Isabella (Vienna) and Lewis Folkner (Gloucestershire), have crafted a unique sound blending folk-rock with a country twist. Inspired by artists like Lady A, The Lumineers, and Fleetwood Mac, their catchy melodies, lush harmonies, and rocky guitars have earned them extensive media coverage and radio play across the UK and Europe. After a 35-show UK tour in 2019, they were crowned “Artist of the Month” by Caffé Nero and again in 2023 after a standout performance at the Black Deer Festival.

Known for their dynamic live performances, Two Ways Home have played prestigious venues and festivals such as The Shard, Under the Bridge, C2C, The Long Road and Victorious Festival to name a few. Despite the pandemic, they focused on writing new material and performing online, winning ‘Best Duo/Group’ at the Country Music Spotlight Awards. With a string of new releases and a successful 'Round Up Tour' in 2023, the duo is creating an ever-growing buzz for their upcoming releases in 2024, promising more enticing shows and captivating performances.
