AWCC Michael Ball Concert Sunday 16th June

Further Information about the Concert and Venue:

This is an all outside concert. Bring your own picnic, blankets and chairs.

Free parking is available on site in fields behind the concert grounds. Please take advantage of this and do not park on the roads in the vicinity of the concert grounds – you risk grid locking the whole area!

Whilst you are welcome to bring your own picnic and reasonable amounts of food and drinks into the concert grounds a full range of refreshments will be available to purchase

- A full bar service with draft and bottled beers, wines, and spirits, mixers and soft drinks
- Tea & Coffee
- Champagne & Fizz Bar
- Yummy Yorkshire Ice Cream Station
- Various food concessions

Whilst previously existing Coronavirus restrictions and adaptions have long since been removed should the Government be forced to reintroduce such measures that have an effect on arrangements for the concert you will be informed in advance.

• The concert arena will be marked out into squares (rectangles actually). Each square accommodates two persons. If you are with others, such as in a group of four, simply select two squares next to each other, and so on for bigger groups – and then what you do inside the outer lines of those adjoining squares is entirely up to you, so long as it is legal!

• If you are bringing children (defined as aged 17 and under) we ask you to take full responsibility for them whilst in the concert grounds and also ensure that they adhere to these Regulations along with the Terms & Conditions of the ticket purchased.

• Regrettably, failure to comply with any of the Terms & Conditions of your ticket purchase or the Regulations set out in this document may result in expulsion or refusal of admission.

• While queueing to enter please maintain a reasonable social distance from your fellow attendees – defined as at least 1m. This will make the queues look longer! But please be assured that we will be moving people through into the concert grounds as swiftly as possible. Moving closer to the people in front of you will not make your entry time any quicker.

• Before you get to the entrance, ensure that each member of your party has a valid ticket, which must be produced to gain entry, ready to present to the stewards at the gate. This will greatly increase efficiency and speed up your easy access to the concert. Please keep your ticket and be prepared to produce it when requested to do so by an event organisers.

• Dogs, barbecues and gazeboes or any other structure that may obstruct the view of other ticket holders are not allowed.

• As you exit the concert we ask you to remain patient and keep your distance from fellow attendees.

Thank you - we're grateful to you for joining us in these efforts to ensure that everyone involved can enjoy the concert whilst also remaining safe!
