Join us as we celebrate our planet at this fun-filled event inspiring your family to create positive climate change. As part of Earthfest 2024 (18-21 April), run by The Camden Clean Air Initiative.

Take part in this creative day at the Library, focusing on connecting with nature, inspiring action, and spreading messages of care for the world around us.

Enjoy hip-hop eco block party PLOT17 by Apples and Snakes, drama workshops for under 5s with Polka Theatre, ethical animal encounters with ZooLab, draw-a-long and quiz-time with author and illustrator Matty Long (Who Ate All the Bugs?) and sensory storytelling with artist and author Ella Phillips (My Grandma’s Magic Recipes). There will also be DIY zine-making, bookbinding with our Conservation Team and playing with textures to create a communal wall-hanging. Not forgetting our sensory room and pop-up book area with tactile and braille editions.

You are welcome to bring materials from home to re-use, re-make and re-cycle throughout the day.
