• The pathways are a mixture of hard standing, grass and dirt track and temporary plastic pathway. The event route is mostly accessible to wheelchair users and pushchairs.
• Please be aware that some areas may have a few steps or get a little muddy and have uneven surfaces as we are on a public park site. Our teams onsite are ready to assist any wheelchair users when required and offer route guidance and advice as we would like all our visitors to enjoy the experience.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Tickets are strictly non-refundable and dates are non-exchangeable, regardless of the weather. Bear in mind that this is an outdoor event and we cannot control the weather.
• If we close the event for any reason on any date, you can use your tickets to visit on another date before we close. If you cannot attend, you can pass on the tickets to family and friends to use. If you are late for your entry time slot, don’t worry, you will still be allowed in.
